Welcome to Parenting in KFL&A!
Being a parent is exciting, and often overwhelming. KFL&A Public Health can help you during this journey by sharing information and local resources about taking care of your baby and yourself.

We are so excited that you’ve signed up to receive these e-mails! We wanted to answer some commonly asked questions right away.

How often will I receive an e-mail? We will send you weekly e-mails for the first few months as there is lots to share with parents of a newborn! As your baby grows older, we’ll send e-mails less often.

What if I signed up for e-mails when my baby is older? If you’re signing up for the program later and have an older baby or child, we’ll start sending you e-mails based on your child’s age.
