The Edinburgh Postnatal Depressions Scale (EPDS)

The EPDS is a set of 10 questions that can help you and your health care provider get a better sense of how you're feeling.

For each question, select the statement that's closest to how you've felt in the past seven days.

Your responses will help us provide you with a score. Based on this score, we'll tell you whether you fall into the low, moderate or high range of risk of having depression.

We strongly suggest that you talk to your health care provider about how you are feeling. Please remember that this is not a diagnosis, but it can give you a better sense of how you're feeling.

After you have your score, we'll help you take the next step, with information and contacts so you can find support.
